My blood group is b-ve and my fiancees blood group is o+ve Will it create any problem for both mother and foetus????

If the mother s Rh negative and father Rh positive then the fetus cn beRh positive. In first pregnancy no problem happens , however in subsequent pregnancy it cn lead to Rh isoimmuization which cn be a problem for the fetus. To prevent this after the first delivery inj anti D is given.
