You may be suffering from gingivitis. In general term swollen gums . There could be several reasons to this . Which i can tell you when i see you in person
See a dentist and get a scaling/oral prophylaxis done. After u get a cleaning done ask your dentist to teach you correct method of brushing , gargle twice with mouth wash and floss your teeth also massage your gums . You should be fine
