Occult blood in stol needs to be investigated,especially since hemoglobin is also low.please consulr a gastroenterologist fir furtger investigations.endoscopy or colonoscopy may be needed

According to haemoglobin level you are suffering from anemia . Reason of Low level of Haemoglobin - Anemia ,   Haemorrhoid , Pile , Gastric  Ulcer etc. take treatment as follow as Tab IMAX -XT 2 time per day for 1 month after food then again check the Haemoglobin level. You should go for some test like Upper GI endoscopy, Proctoscopy to know the reason.
