I am having brown blood drops and cramps as if i were having my periods, but i had my periods two weeks back and recently took a morning after pill, after i had unprotected sex. what could this be a sign of?

This is the sign of withdrawal bleeding first spotting then heavy flow.But you didn't get proper period then for clearance of doubt do pregnancy test by blood or Bhcg.It is confirmed test . Negative means no pregnancy .
