Blood discharge after 2 days of period
I started my periods on 28 th May and completely went away on 31 St. Past two days I m experiencing pain in my waist and little blood coming out in my urine. To mention I do yoga everyday . Is it due to exercises as I have heard nerves are loose during mensuration. Please guide a remedy for this.
