Blood clots before Periods
I keep getting dark brown spots atleast 1week before actual blood flow. Normal blood flow then lasts for 2-3days. This has been happening since 4-5months. I do not get any pain. Is it something to worry about ? I am 31yrs and have always had regular menstual, last scans until 1year back have been normal. What can it be ? I am planning to concieve from next month. Please advice what can be the problem ?

This doesn't seem to be a thing of concern. Still you can go in for an ultrasound to rule out any pathology.
