Blood clot near the neck

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hey, I have a blood clot between the neck and shoulder region, it's tiny but I can feel it if I touch it. Tried a physiotherapist before but he couldn't figure out if it was an actual blood clot. Not sure which doctor to go to, I would highly appreciate if you suggest me a specialist or what kind of doctor I should consult. Thanks.
