Blood clot in lower lid

Asked for Female, 3 Years

Hello Dr My 90 days old baby is having blood clot in lower corner of eye lid. Firstly opthamologist has prescribed moxicip ointment and mahaflax eye drops. Still not cured than thy prescribed loteprednol etabonate ophthalmic suspension drops for 4 times a day for a month and told it will heal in a month time. The eye is swollen and looking small feeling bad and worried to look her like this. Kindly suggest

Seems to be a ruptured hordeolum or fungal conjunctivitis Try to peal off the deposit if it bleeds on peeling and cough and fever also then please consult a paediatrician and also have a second opinion of ophthalmologist .
