I have a 4 year old daughter whose right eye tear duct is blocked since birth. Sometimes she has a lot of tears and sticky material coming out... also redness under eyes

As her age is 4yrs,so now there are limited options
A. Syringing can be tried but it's success rate is very low at this age
B. Balloon dacryoplasty is an option
C. If everything fails then surgery DCR is the last option
