My baby has tear duct blockage since birth. Her one eye is cured when she was 4 months, the other eye haven't yet. I'm doing massage regularly. What could be the reason.

Tear ducts sometimes may take upto one year to open after birth, keep doing the massage regularly.
Very few times it might need Syringing which is usually done after 9-12 months of age.
