Blockage inside stent

Asked for Male, 60 Years

Hi, my father has a blockage inside his stent in the heart. Doctor suggests we can go either for bypass surgery or ballooning procedure. We personally want a minimal pain and easy procedure. Where should we go and what procedure should we opt? Thanks
