Bloating and tightness in pregnancy
Hi I am currently almost 19 weeks pregnant, my abdomen feels super tight and i feel bloated. I only feel light in the morning after a bowel movement and soon back to tightness and bloated. Kindly advice how to get rid of this and feel comfortable?
