Bloating after having milk in pregnancy
I m 12 weeks pregnant and my doctor told me to have women horlics with milk however after having same my stomach gets bloated and i m not able to sleep at night. Can you please suggest any alternatives

Why Horlicks?Fresh fruits and vegetables,dry fruits ,egg, fish nutrition more than Horlicks.If u are not able to have sufficient nutrition or food or u are so much week then think of supplements like horlicks

its not necessary to tk horlicks so soon.. you cn start around 18 weeks as right now you ll hv more bloating.. Also u cn tk it in afternoon if u want to try.. or else tk it as it s like a powder without milk.. or substitute with mamaproteinex.. or mk a cold milk shake with vanilla flavoured proteinex if u cn tolerate that
