Blepharophimosis syndrome for my daughte

Good day si, My namme is nasser I have visit your hospital since tow year I did cataract surgery for My parents, so, I have got a new baby since tow weeks ago and she can't open here eyes, after Doctors consultation, say, she is     suffering of Blepharophimosis syndrome.
