Bleedung after abortion
My wife had medical abortion recently. Bleeding occured for 9 days and stopped completly. For 4 days there was no bleeding atall. We had sex on 4thday after bleeding stopped and bleeding again started. Please advice what to do. Is it a matter of major concern or is it normal. Does she require cleaning of uterus by surgical procedure.

Hi, visiting gynecologist is definitely mandatory for tvs to rule out retained products and blood for cbc to rule out infection.

Please visit a gynaecologist asap. Ultrasound pelvis has to be done to rule out retained products of conception. Depending on report surgical evacuation may be required.
