Bleeding with stomach pain

I have all the symptoms of pregnancy with missed periods. But yesterday i feel same pain like menstrual pain and abnormal bleeding.

U need to first do a urine pregnancy test to confirm if u r pregnant or not.. If you test positive you need to get an ultrasound pelvis done to rule out incomplete abortion..

However if u test negative you should rule out other causes of irregular nd heavy bleeding..like thyroid disorders, polyps , fibroids ,cysts etc..
