Bleeding with early stage of pregnancy

My wife is suffering bleeding from today morning. We had seen a gynec and got scan done which says GA(MSD): <5weeks. LMP was 14-May-17. We are expecting her to conceive and very concerned abt the miscarriage. Please provide your valuable opinion.
