Bleeding with cough

Asked for Male, 85 Years

My father bleeds with some some times. We tested him with ENT. Found the throat to be ok. In 2012 he did a chest x ray and had bronchiectatis which is supposed to be a COPD? Can this be a reason ? Whom should we visit ? A pulmonologist? Who can be good in Kolkata ?
