-it may be due to tear in frenulum or abrasion over ur glam penis.
-forced and dry sex can also cause pain
-indulge in foreplay before getting in to intercourse and make sure there is enough lubrication
-use some lubricants

Hi, due to dryness or lack of lubrication there could be frenulum tear leading to bleeding, u should get yrself checked.
