Bleeding while pregnancy

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am almost now 2 months pregnant. I was having a drop of brown discharge since week. Since 2 days, its increased in such a way that I have to use sanitary pad. My Doctor suggested me to have bed rest and advised me Pause 500mg. Today, with brown discharge, red blood also was secreted. I informed my Doctor. She is asking me to continue medicine 3 times for a day more and then sonography shall be followed. I trust my Doctor but still want to have second opinion. Its my 1st pregnancy. Please give me your opinions on it.
