Bleeding while going to washroom

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hello Doctor From this Sunday, my wife is getting blood while going washroom (potty). initially we thought it may stop but whenever she is going she is getting blood(not much), but today in the afternoon she got but at night she didn't. Normally her menstruation date is 20th of this month but every month she will get 3-4 days ahead of last month date. Is it something related to her menstruation or is it something serious. We are not sure if this is her regular mensuration or is it something else.please suggest.
