Bleeding while do toilet..

Asked for Male, 29 Years

When I do toilet it bleeds. I had piles earlier few weeks which has been cured after taking medicine. But bleeding is not being stopped even after taking 5 days medicine dose suggested by doctor. Also I do not feel pain while doing toilet. Please suggest what to do.
