Hi Sir, by seeing your photos, bleeding is little more. The main reason for the gum bleeding for every individual is due to gum inflammation. The inflammation of the gums are because of calculus deposited on your teeth near gum contacting region. Calculus is the calcified mass formed by the food debris which is not properly cleaned from your teeth. And in your case you are taking aspirine. Aspirine prevents blood clotting. So when your gums start bleeding due to inflammation the bleeding is not stopping compared with others who are not taking aspirine. So this bleeding is increased due to aspirine. So first you have to do is, consult a dentist . And they will tell you about cleaning. But before cleaning, you have to ask your cardiologist about cleaning.
Next Steps
Consult a dentist and do the cleaning. Before cleaning take consent letter from your physician. After cleaning you have to maintain a good oral hygiene. Brush twice daily in proper brushing technique with soft tooth brush. Do gum massaging, massage method is use forefinger and start from gums towards  teeth. upper gums - up to downwards. lower gums lower to up towards tooth.
Health Tips
Use soft tooth brush and gargle with saline water thrice daily to reduce the inflammation.
