Bleeding suddenly after a week

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Me and my friend had some physical in December around 22nd bt we didn't had proper sex bt he came near my that place so we took the pills as we were not sure if it might got in or not.. After that I had periods a bit earlier from my next cycle and then the next came nicely bt suddenly today I started bleeding and it's been a week I finished my period cycle... And didn't had anything near vagina or any sex after that day in December...is it normal or things to worry?
