Bleeding since past 20 days

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am facing irregular period problem.If I miss one month period then next month bleeding is continuing for 15 days.In that 15 days 1st week bleeding is very very less and in 2nd week that is heavy.last month I got periods on 12th june,on that day onwards,I am still on periods.this time also 1st one week is very less bleeding.
