Bleeding on and off coming

Hi I'm completed 48 days of C section and tubectomy. I'm still bleeding doctor suggested me to take meprate tablet for 20 days daily at night to stop bleeding.im using tablet but no use still I'm bleeding.why meprate tablet not stopping bleeding.im breastfeeding mother why my bleeding not stop?how to stop my bleeding completely? Pls give suggestion to stop bleeding.
