Today during poop a lot of blood come in pure liquid form along with poop. This happen first time. Iam so worried about this. What is this ,why and remedies. Just 3 days ago i start to eat dry dates daily in quantity of 10.

Hello As per your history it looks like secondary to haemorrhoids (piles). So please get evaluated by gastroenterologist or surgeon. You need to increase fibre in your diet. After examining doctor may give you some laxatives and local application ointment.
