Bleeding not stopping after taking novel

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hello doctor I have a surgical abortion before 8 months and doctor gave me a shot of depo provera (dimpa) after abortion so periods get stopped before 2 months i was suggested to take novelon so that periods can start again and i took novelon for a month but after stopping novelon I am bleeding since a last month and bleeding is not stopping. Is it a serious condition or normal what should l do now please suggest
