Bleeding ,no stomach pain or other pain
Hello my mother 46 year old suffering from excessive bleeding and in her {ultrasound it showing 85*70*84mm anteverted bulky uterus.ET-15mm.normal in shape and contour.multiple myometrial hpoechoic lesions seen largest 4.3cms, 4.3cms and 4cms posteriorly and anterior wall multiple (4-5) lesions largest 3.5cms and 2.5cms. Endometrium is thickened } when consult to doctor they suggesting hysterectomy but we want to avoid any surgical process. so what is your opinion on this what should we do ?

Your mother has multiple fibroids. If she is bleeding heavily and not responding to medicines then you can ask for HYSTEROSCOPY and DnC and send material for histopathology, if you want to postpone the hysterectomy. It is not the treatment for fibroid but to stop bleeding. But if she gets heavy bleeding even after d n C you gave go for hysterectomy.
