Bleeding: missed 2 birth control pills

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have been taking femilon since three months now. I missed the tablets for a couple of days and started bleeding today. Though the flow is much lile spotting, i feel sick and have cramps in lower abdomen. I am not sure if i should continue taking thr pills or leave them until the bleeding stops. I am not sexually active so no chance of pregnency.
