Bleeding. Lump near reproduction organ.

Lump inside the thigh next to reproduction organ. Also little vaginal bleeding and frequent urge to urinate without giving out much urine. Are these symptoms of ovarian cancer? Thanks

We can't say it's an ovarian cancer based on the information given by you. The Symptoms Which are given by you are non specific. The most common symptoms in ovarian cancer are abdominal distension, vaginal bleeding, bloating, nausea , weight loss, constipation, diarrhea etc . However we can't diagnose ovarian cancer based on only clinical features. Tumor markers , ultrasound abdomen, MRI, biopsy are needed to . You need clinical attention. Visit your gynecologist
