Bleeding injury near anal area .

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I can feel the pain near the anal area but it's not that closer to the anal opening it feels like that part is tearing up. It's the pain is increasing day by day. Please help me I am too much frustrated. I need some help.Is it piles or some infection. And please let me know what can I do to get rid of it..
