Bleeding in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I was tested positive for pregnancy, my last period was on June 21st. Since Sunday I have been seeing brown spotting with severe and light cramps but today I am seeing heavy bright red bleeding. Please suggest me what should I do

Any bleeding in pregnancy is to be taken seriously ...get yourself clinical examination by a gynecologist near you and get done also an ultrasound done to rule out threatened abortion
