Bleeding in pregnancy 5 wks3days

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi doctor, I am 30 yrs old. This is my first pregnancy. My LMP is 31 Jan and I have done UPT FOR 2 times which is positive but I have experienced bleeding for 5mins around 4 wks5 days after that I have done UPT again in the morning which is positive. I have done TAS and TVS at 5 wks 1 day suggested by my obstetrician, no pregnancy was seen in the report. Again my obst suggested me to do TVS at 5 wks 3 days, again no pregnancy was seen and after that from the evening, I have an bleeding yet like period with cramps. Kindly suggest me what to do.??

Do a beta hCG blood test to confirm the pregnancy.It is more accurate than UPT kits. Also get a sonography from a Radiologist preferably TVS. If bleeding is not there do it after 1 week.
