Bleeding in first month of pregnancy

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have pink,brown spotting and bleed on 39th day of my pregnancy. Still it 8s positive and normal as per beta hcg report.Do I need full rest? Which medicines should I take? When should I go for USG? Please advice. Thanks in advance
