Bleeding gums
My mother is having bleeding gums & hypersalivation mainly at night. She keeps a handkerchief before sleeping. And in morning, many yellow patches of blood can be seen in the handkerchief. Tooth pain also there. It is since 2 months.
Other History:
3 years ago, for simple tooth pain complain my mother visited a local village dentist and he was so much money greedy. For simple issue, he trashed her teeth with a machine.

It seems like your mother might be having some sort of gum infection that is being manifested in the form of bleeding. For temporary relief, she can start using Rexidine M gel twice a day for a week. She can also use a mouthwash like Rexidine 0.2%, twice daily, after brushing for 2 weeks. For the pain, kindly visit a dentist nearby.
