I never had any dental issues, my teeth looks really healthy and beautiful.
I have been facing some menstrual problems means hormonal imbalance ,my weight is a bit on higher side apart from it, I have no medical issues or history.
Earlier I used to have bleeding gums sometimes, I thought brushing too vigorously might be contributing to bleeding. But now from a month or a two I have been observing, this problem is increasing ,even if I'm not brushing my teeth, even if I'm nt touching my teeth, it's bleeding. Sometimes even facing bad breathing situation.
Due to covid 19,scared to visit dentist.
Can anyone please suggest me any home remedies or any medicine or can suggest what should I follow to fix it.
Thanks in advance.

I would advice you to do some warm saline rinses every day twice or thrice for 15 days. Add a lot of salt in the warm water. Hold the warm water in your mouth for 30 seconds, and then spit. Take another sip and repeat the process till the water comes to room temperature. This should take care of most of the inflammation.
Next Steps
Get scaling done and even then of the bleeding and swelling doesn't decrease, I would recommend allopathic intervention.
Stolin R toothpaste paste
hexidine Mouthwash, once a day for7 days followed by once in every 2 days, after meal, 5-10 drops directly in mouth, hold or 2-3 mins and spit out, don't eat drink anything for next 15 minutes, brush your teeth thoroughly after 15 minutes.
You said that you are having some menstrual problems. Generally bleeding from the gums is because of swollen gums. You need to get scaling of your teeth done. There is a link between swollen gums and hormonal imbalance. It's very common among lactating mothers, ladies and pregnant women. So you need not to worry about it. It will get to normal. You try to visit your gynecologist regarding your menstrual problems because hormonal imbalance results in swollen gums which later on causes enlargement of gums. And once covid situation comes to normal, you need to visit your dentist and get scaling of your teeth done.Till date you visit your dentist, Follow these instructions.
Next Steps
use lukewarm water and salt for gargling. take half glass of lukewarm water and add half tea spoon of salt into it and gargle. gargle for 4 to 6 times in a day. when you are gargling, at least keep water for 30 seconds in mouth and then spit it. You need to use Rexidine M Forte gel to apply over gums. Take a gel on finger and massage with this gel for 3 to 4 minutes over gums. Do massaging of this gel for 4 to 6 times in a day. Do not consume food or water before and after 30 minutes of using this gel. Use Any mouthwash which contains chlohexidine 0.12% or 0.2% and gargle for 2 times in a day. at least take 10 ml of mouthwash in a glass and keep it in mouth for 30 seconds and garlge. You can use mouthwash like Rexidine plus mouthwash. Do all this steps till you visit your dentist
Do scaling next level of this will loosen your teeth, microorganisms grow in time of inflammation. All Dentist are quite good in sterilization. Trust and go. Problem should be cut at initial phase itself.
Bleeding gums is basically because of inflammation in the gums making ur gums weak. U need to reduce this inflammation so that ur gums get back to normal. U first of all need to get a round of scaling done so that it allows ur gum to start healing but as of now in covid environment I feel scaling is not an emergency treatment so what u can manage it by is rinse your mouth with warm water and salt atleast 3-4times a day, brush twice daily, keep ur gums clean.
