Bleeding from veginal area
First time when going for sex ,the penis slightly entered in the vegina ,then blood comes , now after 12 hours the bleeding stop, and  take a birth control pill to avoid  unprotected sex, is it safe? What should I do now?

You didn't mention the date of your last period. From your description it doesn't seem to be a case of injury due to violent sex. So the cause of bleeding can't be explained. Please seek a proper consultation with a Gynaecologist.
