Bleeding from backhole after taking ipil

I had a sex on 20th dec, and took the ipill on 21st dec I mean its on yesterday.. and today morning I just woke up I was feeling uncomfortable with my vagina... and when i went to washroom it started bleeding through my back hole... soo am confused... about the things are happening after taking off ipill...
