Bleeding from anus.

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I am receiving blood from my anus sometimes when I go to the bathroom to pass out faeces sometimes I tet drops of dark red coloured blood or sometimes light. Its happening since 2 months and I cant pass out faeces in a normal way when I receive blood like I hace to apply much more force in order to pass faeces.
