Bleeding for unknown reas

Hi I am 24 yr old, i had my periods end on may 2 nd and it was a normal period cycle. On 17th may i started to bleed again ,not heavy but light and it is still continuing. I feel weak and hv abdominal pain. What could possibly be the reason ?
