Hello Doctor, My age is 26yrs old. I am a married women. My periods had started on 14th August. I had normal bleeding for 4 days. From 7th day onwards, I started bleeding heavily. I consulted a gynaec on 25th. She had prescribed Tranexamic acid for 5 days along with iucap. After consuming these medicines, the flow gradually has lessened to a extent but has not stopped completely. Sonography reports were normal. Doctor said that she can see some symptoms of Cervicitis. If Cervicitis is there then treatment is compulsory.Take oral as well as local tablet.Maintain hygiene and use lactobacillus contained vaginal wash.No sex till healing.Drink plenty of water and butter milk.
