Bleeding early

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I need to know what’s going on with me. I started bleeding a week before my menstrual period. Mild cramping. Goes from heavy to regular bleeding (not light). And has lasted over a week now. I’ve never had an irregular menstrual. I’m not sure if I’m having a miscarriage that I didn’t know I was pregnant or if my menstrual gas came early.
