Bleeding during premenopause

Hi. I'm 46 year old and a virgin. i have been going through premenopause for almost an year now. My menstrual cycle is disturbed. Sometimes I have periods for one day only and sometimes for 6, 7 days. But this month I've had periods for 14 days and they haven't stopped. My bleeding is not very heavy. But it has not stopped. Is this normal?
