Bleeding during first month of pregnancy

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi I m 1month pregnant started with bleeding since yesterday done sonography and fetus is about 5 mm ... doctor said no internal bleeding.will these cause any bad effect on my babies growth and will I have a safe pregnancy and deliver a healthy baby doc suggested sonography after 10 days is this a serious condition.
