Bleeding but no periods

Question

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I should be having my periods at this time but there's just blood in my vagina which is dark colored, and thick. No blood flow. And stomach ache is also there throughout the day. I had earlier taken medicines to stop my periods( a week back), and after a day started deviry to get my periods along with vit c tabs. Also had unprotected sex after period stopped, but he did not cum in me at all. What is happening?
