Bleeding between periods

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I got my last periods on 15th July and consumed Unwanted 72 both in 18th and 25th July after intercourse. Since yesterday, 30th July, I have been spotting and it seems like a very light flow of blood and there are really mild cramps in my lower abdomen. Since today morning the pain has subsided. Shall I wait for one more day for the bleeding to stop or consult a doctor? What could be the probable causes for bleeding between periods? I'm currently undergoing an antibiotic course for acne.

The bleeding is due to consumption of unwanted tablets
