Bleeding before my period

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi, I've never bleed before my periods as my menstrual cycle is 8 of the month and today i have this problem . Is it normal as i have thyroid and had contraceptive pills or i need to consult dr. Can exercise cause bleeding like dis ?
