Bleeding, back aches and nausea

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Been experiencing brown discharge and bleeding 3 days after my period, in a lot of pain with cramping and just keeping a hot water bottle on it. Taken tablets and drank water but woken up feeling the same. Also, wanting to be sick but can't and back aches
