Bleeding at the time of intercourse

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Hi doctor, I need help. From the past few months everytime I had intercourse with my husband, i bleed. Whereas I am a mother of two teenage boys and this never happened before. I recently had gone for Pap Smear test also. Report is all normal. Pls suggest .. I am terrified.
